Oasis attendees must be at least 18 years old by the start of the festival in order to attend. Government issued identification will be required upon entry.
GA Weekend Pass / The General Admission Weekend Pass gives you access to The Source for three days of the festival, 30+ performances across two stages, concessions, bars, specialty cocktail lounges and more.
VIP Weekend Pass / The VIP Weekend pass gives you access to The Source for three days of the festival and includes all of the amenities of GA, along with special viewing areas at both stages, an exclusive lounge with a private bar and bathrooms at the main stage, a dedicated entrance lane into the festival, and more.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you purchase your tickets. The ticket you will use for entry will be sent to you via email one week before the festival starts. Please check the email address that you used to buy your tickets.
Group packages will be offered in limited quantities once the lineup is announced.
Bring your ticket (on your phone or printed out) to the box office at the festival entrance, to exchange your ticket for a wristband. You must show government-issued photo identification that matches the name on the ticket(s). If you bought multiple tickets in your name, your entire group must arrive with you in order to receive their wristbands. No loose wristbands will be distributed.
All sales are final. There are no refunds offered for any individual reasons or circumstances
Payment plans allow you to spread the cost of your ticket across several months. That way, you can reserve your spot at the festival now without having to pay everything up front, however, with the payment plan, the total amount that you pay is 10% higher than if you were to pay the full price at the time of purchase.

You will pay an initial deposit of 25% followed by 3 monthly payments.
After you enter your contact details on the checkout page, under payment method, you will be given the option to pay in full or in 3 monthly installments. The first installment will be charged to your credit card immediately. The remaining 2 installments will be automatically charged to your credit every month. You will receive email notifications throughout the payment plan timeframe.

The first installment will be charged to your credit card immediately. For the 2 remaining payments, you will be notified before each due date by text message and email, prompting you to make a payment. You will need to enter your credit card information manually each month until the payments are complete. You will also have the option to pay in cash via Binga.
If you do not make your payments in time, you will forfeit your ticket, along with any money you’ve already paid. If you miss a deadline, the ticketing company will contact you to remind you of this missed payment. If you still do not respond or make the payment, they will cancel your ticket. The procedure for missed payments for each ticketing company is as follows:

If your credit card is declined, you will receive an automatic email notification. We will attempt to charge the card on file two more times in one-week intervals. To update payment details at any point during the payment plan, go to intothewild.ma/bookings and click the ‘change card’ link on the booking. Your booking will be automatically canceled within 24 hours of the third failed payment attempt, at which point you will lose any deposits previously paid.

If you miss a payment you will receive email and text notifications asking you to enter your credit card again via the new link included. You will also have the option to pay in cash via Binga. The attempts to contact you will be made twice more, in one week intervals, for a total of three attempts. The payment plan will automatically be canceled if you don’t respond within 24 hours of the third attempt to contact you. At that point you will lose any deposit paid and your booking might be canceled.
In Morocco, we can’t set up automatic payments for credit cards, you have to make each payment manually.
Because of this, we discovered that many people failed to complete their payment plans and lost their deposits, which wasn’t the case for international buyers.
By shortening the payment plan period, we hope to make it easier for you to successfully complete your payment plan and attend the festival.
